&hearts i am going to see Yo-Yo Ma tonight, for free, in Lincoln Center. on the program: the Silk Road Project. i have no words for how much i love my city, at times like these. will edit with pictures, if i can manage it!

... so, um. that thing i said about summer and friends and plans? they are hijacking my life, for real, IDEK. i had a crazy good weekend spent sunning and dancing and making mango salsa (when not dealing with my friend's latest debacle in his great series of unfortunate moving events), but i clearly need to make a bigger effort not to default on my upcoming fandom/internet commitments! :S

so! that was a completely unintentional hiatus, which was mostly due to my being lazy, busy, or in various stages of fail, as my muse has gone AWOL.

am currently plugging away at the Pan's Labyrinth fic, which after two months is STILL NOT WRITING ITSELF. this is getting ridiculous. also, Amy, i am still working on your story, i promise! the HDMverse is not cooperating with me at the moment, though. :(

in other random news, is anyone in here a fan of Kyou Kara Maou?? i've watched what seems like half the show on youtube (out of order and missing many pieces, naturally), and i'm DYING OF THE CUTE. conrad/yuuri OTP! &hearts goodness knows the last thing i needed was a new fandom, but OMG.

02. omg. i just looked at my remix, and. holy shit. i just. my original story was just a throwaway bunny (or rather several R/S getting-together throwaway bunnies combined), but i clicked on it and got veil!sirius, and there is so much overarching meta commentary that could be drawn from this, and... omfg. i am SO in love with my remixer right now. *ADORES* thank you!
